Taco Tuesday!
After being repeatedly invited by our friends at The Launch to cook Mexican food at their business, we finally agreed to give it a shot as a "test." Choosing to kick things off with a weekly Taco Tuesday event, we opened for the first time on August 8, 2023, and were met with a fantastic response as we sold out every single Tuesday. This unexpected success led to requests for catering at various events, prompting us to take our business to the next level by revamping our website and expanding our catering services. Encouraged by the positive feedback, we are excited to announce the reopening of our Taco Stand at The Launch this summer, marking another milestone in our journey. From our beginnings as hesitant newcomers to flourishing entrepreneurs, we are thrilled to continue sharing our passion for authentic Mexican cuisine with you.
